How do we book a trip?

To book your desired tour, follow these simple steps: choose the date, the number of people and click on «Book now». To secure your place on the tour, please make a small deposit. This deposit will secure your space in the selected experience until the day of the tour, please complete the form with your personal information, phone number and the name of your hotel or accommodation. The outstanding balance can be paid on the day of the excursion, either in cash or by credit card. It’s as simple as that!

FAQ 04 What happens once I make a reservation?

Once you make your reservation, you will soon receive a confirmation email and a text message/SMS. Both the email and the text message will serve as proof for the day of the excursion. In these, you will receive confirmation of your tour date, pick-up time, and confirmation of the deposit received. If you have not received the confirmation, please check your email spam folder first, just as a precaution. If you have not received it within 20 minutes, contact us and we will resend it to you.
